This is exciting, a shiny new blog where I can record all my adventures in cooking.
For various reasons that are too long to recount now I have an interest in old recipes and trying to make them. Recently I have been working on the 17th century for a public talk I was asked to do. Here are some photos of the tasting samples I produced for the talk, just in case anyone has found this blog already and would like something to look at. I will add details later on.
